Thursday: cleaning out fridge, had hot dogs at AWANA Wednesday night.
Friday: C and I are in KC
Saturday: C and I in KC
Sunday: Tacos, fruit salad
Monday: Chicken on the bone(coupon from Grocery store), mashed potatoes, fried apples
Tuesday: Stuffed Crust pizza (recipe below), Jello Jigglers
Wednesday: AWANA night clean out fridge
Pizza Crust:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 package of yeast...or 2 tsp
1 cup warm water
2 Tbsp oil
mix together flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in mixing bowl, pour warm water on top mix with big spoon, when it looks like its mixed well, add oil and toss dough with hands. Let raise 20 in warm place. Roll out onto pizza pan. I sometimes use a little flour to to pat out. This recipe will make 1 pizza.
Stuffed crust:
pat pizza dough over the sides of pan, and place string cheese around the edge and fold dough over and pinch together.
Pre-bake crust at 475 for 7 min. Add sauce and toppings and put back into oven and bake 15 more min.

sale ad.....
A few things I picked up yesterday from the sale ad last week....taco shells 1.00 and ham was on sale as well. I will be using both of those for meals this week.

menu for September 16-22
THURSDAY: Enchiladas (see recipe below), fruit, Lipton's Spanish rice
FRIDAY: Edelman's family picnic/Humboldt Fair....no supper
SATURDAY: At the Farm for supper
SUNDAY: Chicken dumplings, corn, strawberry salad (see recipe below)
MONDAY: Ham and potato casserole (see recipe below), Watergate salad
TUESDAY: Chicken broccoli, salad
WEDNESDAY: AWANA night....clean out fridge
Beef Enchiladas:
1 lb ground hamburger
10 10in tortilla shells
grated cheese
salsa
1 can cream chicken soup
1 can green chilies
12oz sour cream
brown meat with onion, drain. fill shells with 1/2cup meat, 1/4cup cheese 2 Tbsp salsa, roll shells and lay seam side down in 9x13 greased pan. In sauce pan warm soup, sour cream, and chilies and pour over enchiladas. Top with cheese. bake 350 30min
Strawberry Salad:
1 package of fresh strawberries cut
1 8oz cool whip
1 carton cottage cheese
1 package strawberry jello
mix all together and chill. You can switch out the fruit and jello to whatever you like

1 package of frozen peas or peas and carrots
2 Tbsp of flour
2 Tbsp of butter
1 cup milk
4 to 5 potatoes cooked and mashed
cheese
in casserole dish mix ham and veggies together.
melt butter in a sauce pan, stir in flour, add milk, whisk until think like gravy, pour over ham and veggies. add salt and pepper to taste. Top with mashed potatoes and cheese. Bake 350 45 min.
