RECIPES:

Chicken fried pork chops....I use chicken instead of chops...but both are good!
1/2 cup flour, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard, 3/4 tsp garlic powder, 2 TBSP oil, 6 pork chops or 3 to 4 chicken breasts, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 soup can of water. Combine flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic powder, dredge pork chops or chicken in flour mixture. Brown in oil in skillet. place in slow cooker. combine soup and water pour over meat. cover and cook high 6 hours. ***If using chicken I don't do the flour mixture, I just place them in the slow cooker. I will sometimes double the soup and water and add frozen noodles to it 2 hours before serving. We use this as a gravy over mashed potatoes.

Jello salad....2 boxes of orange jello, 1 can pineapple tidbits juices reserved, 1 can mandarin oranges juices reserved. boil 2 cups of water add jello, stir. use juices from pineapple and oranges as the cold water. stir place in fridge and chill one hour and then add the fruit. place back in fridge until set.
