MONDAY: Pork chops, potatoes, and lettuce salad...this was Saturdays meal, but we moved things around.
TUESDAY: Fajitas, cheese quesadilla, Fruit
WEDNESDAY: Pancakes, sausage and fruit
THURSDAY: pepperoni pizza (recipe below), fruit, salad, bread
FRIDAY: Aunt Kati is a Doctor!!! We are having a party in Lincoln for her!! YEA!!
SATURDAY: Movie Night!!! might just clean out for tonight supper!
SUNDAY: Hamburgers, hot dogs, green beans, salad, fruit
RECIPES:
Pepperoni pizza....2 jars of pizza sauce, 1 can tomato soup, 1 1/2 lbs browned hamburger, 8 oz of pasta (cooked), 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese, 8 oz of pepperonis
mix together sauce and soup, set aside. Alternate layers in slow cooker, using half each of beef, pasta, cheese, sauce mixture and pepperonis. Repeat layers. cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Serves 6.
